Jonathan Carcasses has over 12 years experience in real estate. As acting manager and Broker Associate for Carden Realty & Investments Inc. his skills and professionalism have been fine-tuned dealing with a wide variety of customers from all over the world. 

Jonathan's track record of selling low to mid-end real estate speaks for itself, with over 30 million dollars in career real estate sales. His marketing strengths in online domain advertising and SEO has led to the creation of over 15 websites that target various South Florida communities with top Google placement. 

His experience has also led him to become a member of the Board of Directors for The Aventura Beach Club, a 509 unit condo hotel in Sunny Isles Beach. Jonathan has been acting Vice President since 2010 overseeing day to day operations of the property while leading them to the condos largest renovation effort since its original conversion in 1995.
