About Sunny Isles Beach

Sunny Isles Beach, also known as "Florida's Riviera" is located in Miami Dade County, Florida. It stretches just a few miles long and a couple of city blocks wide in most areas. It is found along the shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean to the east, and the intracoastal waterways of Dumbfounding Bay to the west. 

Sunny Isles Beach boasts a skyline unlike no other you will find in any city. The oceanfront high-rises that span the coast are filled with some of the most uniquely designed and modern luxury condominiums and hotels. The skyline began to take its current form in the last real estate boom of 2006. Today, many of the once historic one and two story motels that used to run in abundance have now been replaced with jaw dropping architecture.

Sunny Isles Beach is very nicely developed on all fronts. As it runs parallel to A1A (Collins Avenue), it is lined with beautiful towers as well as many shopping and dining options. Many people do not even need cars! Sunny Isles is also centrally located, virtually the halfway point between South Beach and Ft. Lauderdale, about a twenty minute drive each way.
