Not Finished? No Problem: Ritz Carlton Penthouse Sells For 21 Million In Sunny Isles Beach

An impressive sale has occurred at the not yet begun project of the Ritz Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. According to the developers at Fortune International Group, the price tag on the mansion in the sky sold for an unprecedented $21,000,000.00. The entire level of the 51st floor was sold to a person referred to as " a successful entrepreneur". 

What makes this sale interesting, aside from the price itself, is that construction is not even set to begin until sometime in 2016 and a rumored completion date of late 2018. Originally being marketed as two separate units on floor 51, the buyer negotiated a redesign of the entire floor to combine it into one super sized condo unit. Of the total 52 floors, the top level is still available for a whopping $30,000,000.00.
