Owners at the Aventura Beach Club enjoy no rental restrictions, meaning unlike most condominiums, you are allowed to rent from day one of ownership. 

Hotel Program: One option in renting includes the use of property management in the hotel program. The hotel program offers the flexibility of ability to use your property for up to 90 days (three months) out of the year for owners and guests of owners. When the owner does not use his/her property, their unit will be advertised and rented by the Marco Polo Beach Resort Ramada Plaza hotel program. The revenues are split 50/50 after expenses between the hotel and the owner. Expenses include: travel agent commissions, credit card fees, franchise fees. The remaining balance of revenue is then divided equally between owner and hotel. 

Another way owners manage their property is to rent it privately. Owners can do so by finding their own tenants and charging a market rate. For all rentals done privately by owner, a 13% tax must be paid on the total amount and a $150 application fee must be paid per time rented. All rentals must be a minimum of 10 days or longer to qualify for these terms.
